Synology Frankrijk zoekt Product & Sales Manager

Synology France is looking to expand it's growing team.  Located in Courbevoie close to Paris, we are currently recruiting for a Product & Sales Manager to join our office, which is part or a larger, global company.
 
The role:
The role of a Product & Sales Manager at Synology is very varied and requires the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be very customer focused both via email, phone and face-face.
 
Key responsibilities will be:

• Product Management
• Sales training (internal, external, public)
• Technical support

You will need to be able to provide accurate, helpful and sound advice and solutions for our customers.  This will be via email, phone and face-face.  We receive calls and emails daily from distributors, resellers and end users who require various levels of support on Synology NAS.  These queries could be anything from “What hard-drives are compatible?” to “My entire business IT infrastructure is down...”
 
Duties include:

• Answering and making phone calls from/to distributors, resellers and end users.
• Deliver training to both customers and Synology staff on products and firmware.
• Travelling on occasion to BENELUX based customers.
• Attending exhibitions and trade shows to offer technical expertise.
• Public speaking will be required at events for training purposes.
• Receiving and replying to emails from customers.
• Support the marketing team by dealing with technical queries from the media.
• Other duties as required.

Essential skills and experience:

• In depth IT working experience
• Networking
• Customer service skills both face-face and via email
• Training others.
• Must be fluent in both written and oral English
• Ability to talk on a one-one basis with all types personalities, from all tiers of hierarchies
• Relationship building

Ideal skills and experience:

• Public speaking – You will need to be able to present confidently to small and medium sized groups
• Fluency in another European language
• IT qualifications
• NAS experience, ideally with some knowledge in Synology products.
