Synology Frankrijk zoekt Product & Sales Manager
Synology France is looking to expand it's growing team. Located in Courbevoie close to Paris, we are currently recruiting for a Product & Sales Manager to join our office, which is part or a larger, global company.
The role:The role of a Product & Sales Manager at Synology is very varied and requires the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be very customer focused both via email, phone and face-face.
Key responsibilities will be:- Product Management
- Sales training (internal, external, public)
- Technical support
You will need to be able to provide accurate, helpful and sound advice and solutions for our customers. This will be via email, phone and face-face. We receive calls and emails daily from distributors, resellers and end users who require various levels of support on Synology NAS. These queries could be anything from “What hard-drives are compatible?” to “My entire business IT infrastructure is down...”
Duties include: - Answering and making phone calls from/to distributors, resellers and end users.
- Deliver training to both customers and Synology staff on products and firmware.
- Travelling on occasion to BENELUX based customers.
- Attending exhibitions and trade shows to offer technical expertise.
- Public speaking will be required at events for training purposes.
- Receiving and replying to emails from customers.
- Support the marketing team by dealing with technical queries from the media.
- Other duties as required.
Essential skills and experience:- In depth IT working experience
- Networking
- Customer service skills both face-face and via email
- Training others.
- Must be fluent in both written and oral English
- Ability to talk on a one-one basis with all types personalities, from all tiers of hierarchies
- Relationship building
Ideal skills and experience:- Public speaking – You will need to be able to present confidently to small and medium sized groups
- Fluency in another European language
- IT qualifications
- NAS experience, ideally with some knowledge in Synology products.
Person specification and attributes:We are looking for an individual who will be able to support our customers with any query they have, in a professional and pleasant manner. Looking to get all queries resolved as quickly as possible.
