Beste mensen hier,


Ik heb een vervelend probleem

Mijn NAS DS 415+ gebruik ik onder andere voor camera bewaking.
Nu heb ik 6 x een hikvision camera er op zitten.
De settings zijn 1980 x 1080 bij 25 frames.
Als ik nu de SS software opschroef naar 2048 x 1536 kan ik maar 12 frames aan terwijl de camera tot 20 frames ondersteunt.
Ik heb hier door contact gehad met de support van Synology. Deze mensen hebben er een fout in ontdekt.

why do I get the frame rate that is in the camera in SS.
camera 2048x1536 resolution at 20 fps
Surveillance software can set 2048x1536 at 12 fps ???
is there a solution for

Please check the maximum FPS of DS415+:

https://www.synology.com/en-global/products/DS415+#spec
If it is hard to calculate, you may try to disable other IP cameras then observe whether the problem persists.

okay Chris,
 
I understand, but when I use this resolution 250 FPS @ 3M 2048x1536.
and I have six cameras
 
250/6 = 41FPS
Why can I get only 12 FPS.
The camera supports 20 FPS.
 
and I turned off 5 camera of the sixth but still 12 FPS.
 
if you want I can give you access to the camera and the 415+
then you can try it yourself.

Let op: Die download link (update software) is alleen voor arch="x86_64" !!

Dus, testen kan maar, dan moet je wel een Intel x86 64Bit hebben ;)

Ik heb even gekeken maar, SurveillanceDevicePack versie 4.2.0-1285 is nog niet te downloaden via Synology (laatste versie is n.l. 4.1.0-1268).
Dus, voor niet x86_64 NASsen, nog even wachten ;)

 :o sorry had ik moesten zien. Dat het alleen voor een Intel cpu is.

Dat de "d" ontbreekt in deze regel "efault_resolution_h264 = VGA" in de file: HIKVISION.conf
