Geen comments - getArticle(): Failed to retrieve article

Ik heb enkele dagen Spotweb opnieuw geinstalleerd, zodat het als package beschikbaar is via DSM. Eenvoudiger qua onderhoud leek me.
Ik loop tegen een probleem aan dat de comments na een initiële retrieve niet getoond worden: "no (verified) comments found". Vinkjes staan aan bij "Retrieve comments" en "Retrieve full comments".
Nu heb ik gisteren de database van SW weggegooid, en een nieuwe installatie gedaan. Als laatste stap:

Resultaat: wel spots, geen comments. Vanochtend opnieuwe retrieve.php via de CLI uitgevoerd. Opnieuw een foutmelding, en wat opvallend was: het betrof hetzelfde article:

Kan iemand me op weg helpen om dit probleem op te lossen?

Ik heb vanochtend mijn spotweb DB overigens opnieuw weggegooid, en "Retrieve spots after..." op 01/02/2017 gezet. Met name om te kijken of daarmee de installatie wel succesvol verloopt, dus incl. comments.

Dat lijkt het comments probleem te tackelen. Ik zie langzaam aan comments bij de spots verschijnen; het retrieven loopt op dit moment nog.
Als dat proces afgerond is, ga ik kijken of ik de resterende spots van de afgelopen 1 a 2 jaar proberen op te halen. Incl. comments :-)

Je kunt ook retentions instellen, geeft ook meer voordelen:

Ik heb al zitten kijken naar die optie. Welke voordelen heeft dat tov. "Retrieve spots after..." volgens jou?
Wat raad je aan om de oude spots incl. comments alsnog op te halen? Gewoon een retrieve doen, of --force?

Comments ophalen is zojuist afgerond, works like a charm weer. Nu met terugwerkende kracht wat spots binnenhalen, en daarna retrieve.php weer instellen zodat het zelf een paar maal per dag de spots ophaalt.
