Baal als een stekker! Time machine doet het niet meer omdat Lion AFP een onveilig protocol vindt. Mooi dat DS3.2 alles oplost maar deze komt niet uit voor mijn 107+. Help!!! Komt er nog een patch? :shock:

Zit in het zelfde schuitje en Synology laat je mooi in de stront zakken...

Thank you for the feedback. Please allow us to reply in English.
DSM 3.1 or earlier versions do not support Mac Lion. Unfortunately the DS107+ model has been phased out and at it’s end of life for DSM updates. We will no longer provide any DSM update for this model. It's recommended to use the DS107+ system with Mac 10.6.x OS. I apologize for the inconvenience.
To experience the latest new DSM features and updates, please consider upgrading to a new Disk Station model.

Blijkbaar zijn ze bij Synology wakker geworden dat er nog veel x07 gebruikers zijn die OSX Lion gebruiken.

I have some good news for you.
As you may already know that the AFP & Time Machine in the latest Mac OS X 10.7 Lion does not support 3rd-party NAS with old version of Netatalk, which means you can no longer use a Synology DiskStation as a backup device for use with Apple's Time Machine, or as a dedicated AFP file server. Fortunately, these issues have already been addressed in our DiskStation Manager (DSM) 3.2 beta which will work with all existing Synology DiskStations released in 2008 or later.
Although Synology DiskStations released in 2007 and before are already out of DSM upgrade service, however we have come to a decision that we will release a special DSM version for Synology x07-series DiskStations, specifically addressing the incompatibility issue with AFP & Time Machine in Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. This will ensure our customers continue to enjoy their Synology DiskStations and not be punished by simply upgrading their Mac OS X. It is now scheduled to be available for free download around mid-August. Please stay tuned.
For users who have already encountered these issues, it is suggested to use Samba file transfer service as the temporarily solution.
