Zodra configuratie verloren verschijnt kun je waarschijnlijk via SSH inloggen om het logbestand te bekijken.

Talked recently with our local support. They were very helpful and said two interesting things:

1) It is a known problem (they were notified by the HQ with the service bulletin) and it is fixed by rewriting a flash. Only limited number of units from the first batches are affected.

2) Synology is preparing a software patch to address this problem, and after this patch there will be no need to send unit back to the Synology to reflash. But unfortunately ETA for this patch is unknown. As soon as will be ready.

En ik herinner mij nu ook dat ik ergens gelezen heb dat het in DSM 5.1 gefixt zou worden.
Dus zou het nu de reset switch zijn of toch software.......

Als het een package is zou dat te stoppen zijn door het package te deinstalleren. En dan zou iedereen met dat package er last van hebben.

Als het geflashed moet worden noemen we dat meestal firmware.
