Ik krijg meldingen dat een disk I/O errors heeft.
Ook krijg ik bericht dat The hard disk 2 on nas1 had an I/O error, but it is working properly now
after several retries. It might have been caused by bad sectors. If this
error occurs again, please back up your data and run the S.M.A.R.T. test
on your hard drive to examine the hard drive status.
Een uitgebreide SMART test zegt dat alles normaal is, maar de health informatie geeft wel een bad sector.

Alles bij elkaar verwarrend... Moet die disk vervangen worden en vindt de leverancier ook dat deze stuk is?

Zo te zien bad sector is hersteld en zit er goed uit echter, als dit vaker gaat voorkomen dan, oppassen.
Je zou nog even kunnen kijken in S.M.A.R.T.-informatie voor het totale overzicht van betreffende HD.

Ik heb dit nu twee maal gehad, twee weken geleden en een paar dagen geleden. De I/O errors waren op verschillende blocks.
Uitlezen van smart data gaat (vreemd genoeg) niet:

De laatste extended test is gedraaid na de laatste fouten, en zegt Completed without error.

Het is direct niet een probleem maar, zou het maar in de gaten houden m.n. ID1 en 200, als die gaan oplopen in korte tijd, dan zou ik hem vervangen.

Dank. Ik heb inmiddels een vervangende disk besteld en ik probeer deze onder garantie te ruilen.
