Goedemorgen,
Dear Customer,
Thanks for contacting Synology Support.
Base on the log the disks 1&3 are reporting errors.
As there are more than one disk is having issue, so if you replace the disk to repair, it has high possibility failed to repair.err 2020/08/04 09:00:44 SYSTEM: Read error at internal disk [1] sector 2774147152.

So you can use them to restore the data if you need to recreate the storage pool by healthy disks.
However, due to the error has been reported months ago, the backup might be affected due to the data probably uses the bad sector.
You can run a full integrity check to confirm it, note, if it really being affected, the target might turned to corrupted and can only used for restore purposes, the backup task cannot be continued. We recommend to check the hard disk(s) by either way below, change defective HDD if any:
a. You may take out the disks and connect them to your desktop/laptop computer, and then run the
manufacturer's diagnostic tools (see below) to confirm the health status of the disks.
b. You may also use http://crystalmark.info/download/index-e.html to check the health of
your disk. If you see any non-zero raw values for ID 1 (for WD and Samsung disks) and ID 5/197/198 or C5/6/7
(for all disks) in the disk S.M.A.R.T. info, the disk is defective.
Please refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S.M.A.R.T. for more information.
c. Log on DSM WebGUI by an administrator account( If not possible, please just ignore this way ), please run the DSM built-in S.M.A.R.T tool to do a extend scan of disks.
(Storage manager / HDD&SSD / select the desired disk click disk info, and run it from the S.M.A.R.T test tab)
And if the disk raw data more than 0 for the ID ID 1 (for WD and Samsung disks) and ID 5,196 to 200, please replace it as soon as possible.
I think you have no choice but to rebuild the storage pool and volume then retore your data from the backup.
And with luck you can restore all backup data, but if the target has been affected, there might be some file cannot be restored.
You can run the integrity check as suggested before to confirm if the data backup is all fine.
You can either try to backup/download manually your most important data by file station, just in case if the backup target has issue.
