Ben bang dat dit ook niet niet kan, omdat:

Hij geeft constant aan bij het pakket status ophalen, ik kan mail station niet stoppen.

Ik zou een Ticket inleggen.

Vreemd. Op beide screenshots (Putty en GUI) zie ik alleen Mail Server. Dat is iets anders dan Mail Station.

Synology heeft gesproken, komt er op neer dat ik een ander NAS moet gaan aanschaffen.

Due to the hardware limitation of DS211+. It cannot afford those tasks will use lots of CPU/MEM usage.

We found the system keeps sending emails to several domains but failed thus there are many smtp processes. This is one reason for the high CPU usage problem.

We are wondering if you set up Mail Server as an SMTP server on any mail clients? We have stopped SMTP function to let CPU usage down first.

Please try to set up the following steps to see if the problem still persists.

[1] We would suggest that enabling the option "Sender name and login name must be identical" to prevent from being the SPAM server. We have enabled this for you already.

2] Enhance all passwords of user accounts in [Control Panel > User > Edit].

[3] We found there are some unknown IP attempt to log in to your system via SSH. We would suggest that change the SSH service port and set up firewall rule to limit the SSH access. You could set up Firewall in [Control Panel > Security > Firewall] and modify SSH port in [Control Panel > Terminal&SNMP > Terminal].

5] After the above settings, please enable the SMTP again then check if the CPU usage is still high.

In addition, you could also consider migrating the HDDs to a more powerful unit

Is er dan niet iets anders aan de hand?

Ik draaide Mailserver op mijn eerste nas, een DS111, en nog veel meer zaken en dat was werkbaar.
Een DS211+ moet toch wat krachtiger zijn?
Mail versturen is toch zo zwaar niet?
