Hi,
Contacted synology but they refuse to accept that the latest DSM update has thrown away my configuration and installed packages.
So i still keep them responsible as the DSM probably is not failsafe and the system is build to prevent data loss. Support tells me now they cannot recover data from my system, so i wonder why do i have a NAS with 2 disks. Preventing dataloss is the only reason i have this system for.
So anyone can help me or have a hint ?
i had installed packages, users for my family, shares and an SVN configuration for my software.
System is telling me the system is healthy (green)
Synology released a DSM update, so i installed that version. Right after that update i noticed that the compleet configuration is gone. even the name of the device is resetted and default admin pasw became restored. My users are gone, my SVN is gone. My webserver packages also.
is there any way i can restore my configurations so i can get my code back and my users ?

@Birdy, als 'Global Moderator' is je reactie -op zijn zachtst gezegd- niet echt uitnodigend naar iemand die in een andere taal een vraag stelt. Dit is toch niet de manier waarop we op dit forum met leden willen/moeten omgaan?!
