Please use Synology Assistant to scan the memory at least 3 times. Here is an illustration for how to enable this feature in Synology Assistant:

During memory scan, your DiskStation will reboot itself. If the memory is fine and the scan is passed, DiskStation will reboot again and go back online. Otherwise, Synology Assistant will show the memory error. You should proceed with the RMA process if there are any memory errors.
If it's not memory issue, that means the adapter or Mainboard is defective.
